About Scorior
Businesses work hard to get shoppers, enquiries, quote requests and customers. But a lot can still go wrong after that first step. Scorior finds those gaps, works out which ones are worth fixing, and helps put the right fix in place.
Why Scorior exists
They need to know which problems deserve attention. We start with places where real buying or customer activity already exists and ask what is preventing the next useful step.
How we think
Find where it breaks down. Decide whether the problem matters enough to fix. Make the smallest sensible change. Then run the journey again and check that it worked.
Operating background
Before Scorior, we spent years running online businesses, building customer-facing operations and training teams. That experience shaped how we work, but we do not assume every industry works the same way.
Selling online on Amazon and eBay.
Real US ecommerce operating experience.
Team members built, trained and led.
Repeatable processes, clear ownership and evidence before changes.
Evidence before recommendations
That can include public journeys, mystery testing where appropriate, enquiries, RFQs, customer questions, complaints, reviews and internal evidence when the scope requires it.
We do not begin by assuming that a funnel, chatbot, new CRM, automation or redesign is the answer.
Customer questions
If the same question keeps appearing, the useful answer may not be “answer it faster”. It may be: stop creating the question in the first place.
Technology
Scorior uses structured checks, research tools, automation and AI to work through evidence consistently and reduce repetitive work. Human judgement decides what actually matters.
Our boundary
Sometimes one fix is enough
If we find one important problem, fix it and verify it, that can be the end of the engagement. Ongoing work only makes sense when the business genuinely benefits from continued review.
