How We Work

Start with real intent. Find the stall. Fix the breakdown. Retest the journey.

Scorior does not begin with a tool, a redesign or a generic audit. We begin with a real step a buyer or customer is already trying to take, then trace what prevents the next commercially useful step.

1 · Intent

Start where someone is already trying to buy, enquire, book, reorder or move a decision forward.

We start where someone is already trying to buy, enquire, book or reorder — not with a generic list of improvements.

2 · Stall

Find the exact transition where progress breaks down.

That may be missing context, unclear ownership, slow or absent follow-up, a weak recovery path, contradictory information, repeated questions or a manual handoff that depends on memory.

3 · Impact

Decide whether the problem is worth fixing before prescribing work.

Before suggesting work, we ask whether the problem happens often enough to matter, sits close enough to a sale or customer outcome, and can actually be observed, fixed and checked. We do not promise a guaranteed revenue lift.

4 · Fix

Make the smallest sensible change that removes the targeted breakdown.

The fix might be clearer customer information, better form fields, clearer ownership, better follow-up or recovery, or a small process change. We do not automate something just because we can.

5 · Retest

Run the same journey again and check the targeted transition.

We run the same journey again and check whether the problem is gone. The goal is to verify the fix, not to invent a revenue claim.

External observation is a starting view, not a full internal diagnosis.

A Revenue Leak Brief begins from what can reasonably be observed from the outside. Deeper diagnosis requires the right internal evidence and scope.
