Revenue Leak Score

Find the problems that are actually worth fixing.

Most businesses can find dozens of things they could improve. The harder question is which problems are actually affecting sales, repeat business or the amount of work your team has to do. The Revenue Leak Score is Scorior's structured way of answering that question.

What the score is for

It helps us decide what deserves attention first.

The Score does not promise that fixing something will increase revenue by a particular percentage. It is not a website grade and it is not an automated health score. It helps us compare problems consistently and decide which ones deserve a closer look.

A structured 10-part assessment

The structure stays consistent. The priorities change with the business.

An ecommerce brand, an industrial manufacturer and an emergency plumbing company should not be judged in exactly the same way. We change what matters most based on how people buy, how often they return, how complex the decision is, how much human work is involved and what has to happen before the next sale.

We do not publish the full scoring logic or weighting. That is part of the Scorior methodology.

What changes the priorities

Same framework. Different businesses.

The weighting changes based on how the business actually makes money, how complex the buying decision is, how often customers return and how many people or systems are involved.

Buying pattern

Urgent or considered. One-off or repeat. Simple purchase or long decision.

Complexity

Self-serve checkout, technical RFQ, estimate, consultation or multi-person approval.

Customer relationship

First sale, reorder, replenishment, maintenance, service cycle or long-term account.

Evidence changes the picture too. Questions, complaints, reviews, enquiries and internal data can all show which problems matter most.

Prioritise what matters

Separate the problems worth fixing from everything that is merely imperfect.

We look at how close a problem is to a sale or repeat purchase, how often it happens, how much it matters and whether we can actually observe and fix it.

Revenue Leak Brief

We usually start from the outside.

If we find something worth fixing, we show what we saw, where people appear to get stuck, why it matters and what we would look at fixing first. This first look is based only on what we can observe publicly. A full diagnosis needs the right internal information.

When deeper work is justified, we can use internal evidence too.

A fuller assessment

What is really happening, not only what can be seen publicly.

Priority problems

The few things worth dealing with first.

Customer patterns

Repeated questions, complaints, reviews and objections.

Specific fixes

Clear changes to communication, pages, workflows or processes.

What to do first

A practical order of work.

Retest

Check whether the targeted problem now behaves differently.

Prioritisation

We do not produce giant audit lists.

We favour problems that sit close to a sale, quote, booking, reorder or other valuable next step, happen often enough to matter, have a plausible effect on the business, and can actually be understood, changed and checked.

The aim is not to find the most problems. It is to find the problems most worth acting on.

Technology supports the method

Automation helps with consistency. Judgement decides what matters.

Our own systems and AI-assisted analysis help collect, organise and compare evidence. Detecting a problem does not automatically mean it is worth fixing.
